V1 Specifications: Overview

The Office Document Subcommittee developed these best practices, specifications, and setting files to enable Windows based Microsoft Office® users to automatically create print production ready PDF files.

The V1 Specifications for Office Document Printing includes settings for Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 applications that support direct export of PDF or print to PDF creation tools like Adobe Acrobat® or Global Graphics Jaws PDF Creator®.
